In concert with Tiffany & Co. retail store projects, collaborated with the Tiffany Japan Store Team as New York office, liaison, design manager. Introduced first value-engineered prototype store concept for Waterford Wedgwood USA. When implemented, the prototype reduced short- and long-term project costs.

Promoted to Project Coordinator for Waterford Wedgwood USA. Managed the new store construction process. Oversaw vendor selection and construction coordination with landlord agents and building departments. Provided procurement and delivery scheduling for owner-supplied materials. Directed team hands on to complete visual merchandising to new store environment.

Led the “Chairman’s Challenge” for Waterford Wedgwood USA. Developed an expansion plan for 30 new outlet locations slated for completion by end of 1999. Hired an architect, worked with numerous vendors, attended seminars about designing stores.
